Delivery Policy

1. We offer delivery to addresses within the specified delivery zones only. If your address falls outside these zones, we may be unable to deliver to you. Please check the delivery information on our website or contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. Delivery times and dates are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic or public holidays.
3. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete, as we will not be responsible for any delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
5. Upon delivery, please check that the items are in good condition and not damaged. If you notice any issues, please contact our customer service team immediately.
6. There will be a €5.00 delivery charge for orders under €50.00.
7. For orders that need to be done on the same day there will be a €10.00 delivery charge.
