- Returns are only accepted when goods are returned in a resaleable condition, meaning that the label and packaging must be intact and the product should not show any signs of damage, wear or use.
- Products sold as full cases are required to be returned as full cases, and partial returns will not be accepted.
- Products that have been chilled or frozen will not be accepted for return due to food safety regulations.
- We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we reserve the right to decline a return.
- Delivery costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part and returns should be handed in person at our retail outlet.
